THE TWO CONCEPTS
ALDO VAN EYCK: Opposition of Heavy and Light.
Heavy structures seemingly float through suspension by juxtaposition with thin elements, not following the structural nature of built forms. This opposition creates a contrasts between elements that conveys a sense of lightness. The opposition of heavy and light is also achieved with opposing materiality to changes the weight of the elements.
PETER EISENMAN: Ambiguity between Land-form and Building
Undulating curves and flat plates mimics contouring land-forms and merges the building within its landscape. The transition connects the landscape with the building, situating the building and surrounding context together as architecture.

IMAGE CAPTURES AND THE ARCHITECTURE
ELECTROLIQUID AGGREGATION
A light rail stop built for sustainability has a structural form embedded harmoniously into the existing environment, the curvilinear form extends from the floor plane to the light rail station, this merges the built structure with the landscape harmoniously to minimise its visual impact. Heavy traffic is shifted underground with the above ground area expanded for an open greenery environment, this preserves the circulation of people, traffic and streets. Technology is combined with architecture with rising floor modules that provide places of seating during non peak hours, in which technology adapts to the program of use. Technology is also utilized for illumination at night, providing glowing hues and added vibrancy to the light rail station.
